In _ this action for damages for personal injuries, plaintiff, Martha Baird, recovered a verdict and judgment against defendant, The Cumberland Railroad Company, for the sum of $675. The railroad company appeals.
In Knox County there is a county road leading from Brush Creek to Owens Branch. The railroad crosses this road. According to the evidence for plaintiff, she was riding horseback along this road on November 28, 1911.
