INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the court pursuant to defendant’s motion for a protective order and for an order quashing plaintiffs amended notice of a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition. [Docket 90]. Defendant has represented to the court that it has made a good-faith effort to resolve this dispute without the court’s intervention. See Docket 91.
