This appeal from dismissal for lack of jurisdiction presents questions concerning the new economic stabilization laws, Appellant Atlantic Las Olas, Inc. was the lessee and appellee Joyner was the lessor under a lease providing for an annual rental of $10,000. Anticipating expiration of the lease, Atlantic executed on May 11, 1971, a new lease with a third party. By the terms of this lease, lessee was to take possession on October 1, 1971, and pay an annual rental of $35,000.
