OPINION

BRIGHTMIRE, Presiding Judge.

The issue presented in this appeal is whether substantial evidence supports the Oklahoma Corporation Commission’s order denying applicants’ request for permission to drill a second well on an established and productive 80-acre spacing unit.

We hold it does not and vacate the order.

Applicants are the owners of minerals underlying an 80-acre tract of land in Kingfisher County. It lies in an area known as the Dover-Hennessey field and was developed in the early 1960’s in accordance with a Commission order establishing 80-acre drilling and spacing units. The…
