August v. State

James August appeals his judgment and sentence for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of cannabis with intent to sell and deliver, possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. August seeks reversal of his convictions based upon an alleged discovery violation at trial and dismissal of the conviction for possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis under double jeopardy principles. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
