Petitioners Ronald Hampton, Darry Phillips, Wayne Taylor, Isaac Johnson, and Sharon Sheppard are members of the Choctaw County Board of Education (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Board members”). Petitioner-Sue, Moore is the superintendent of the Choctaw County Public School System.
