Plaintiff, Byong K. Choi, brought this action against defendant Commonwealth Edison Company seeking recovery for injuries sustained when plaintiff fell on a concrete floor while working at a construction site. The trial court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment. On appeal, plaintiff argues that the trial court erred in granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment because a genuine issue of material fact exists.
