The Lowell Bar Association informed the Superior Court of alleged professional misconduct on the part of the respondent, a member of the bar. Matter of Keenan, 313 Mass. 186. After a hearing, a judge of that court found that the respondent solicited law business by advertising. He made an order suspending the respondent from practice for three months.
