These appeals are before the court on creditor C & A Investments’ appeal from a final judgment of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin and on debtor Brian J. Kelly’s appeal from the same judgment. The appeals challenge closely related rulings by United States Bankruptcy Judge Thomas S. Utschig and arise from related facts. Creditor challenges the bankruptcy court’s dismissal of the case, contending that it was not afforded adequate notice and opportunity to be heard before the case was dismissed. Debtor…
