Opinion

RUBIN, Acting P. J.

Appellant Bruce Boyer (Boyer) appeals from the judgment denying his petition for writ of mandate challenging a decision by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (the bureau), to revoke his license as an alarm company qualified manager. Boyer contends (1) his license could not properly be revoked based solely on Business and Professions Code section 490, and (2) the decision to revoke was based on irrelevant evidence and additional relevant evidence was improperly excluded. We affirm.
