CAMERON, Circuit Judge.

This appeal presents the question whether the record contains sufficient evidence to warrant submitting to the jury by the court below appellee Ritch’s action against appellant Nashville Bridge Company for personal injuries sustained by him as the result of the capsizing of a railroad car, in which he was performing duties for the consignee in connection with the unloading of a steel girder weighing approximately twenty-seven tons.
