THIS MATTER comes before the Court on (1) Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay brought by Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation (Chase Manhattan) and the Debtor’s Response thereto; and (2) Debtor’s Motion to Modify Chapter 13 Plan Post Confirmation and Chase Manhattan’s Objection thereto. Appearing on behalf of the Debtor is Mark E. Henze. Appearing on behalf of Chase Manhattan is Hayley L. Belt.
