JaGONZALES, Judge.
Defendant, Bryan C. Authement, was charged by bill of information with third offense driving while intoxicated (DWI), a violation of La. R.S. 14:98. Defendant filed a motion to quash the bill of information and/or the use of the predicate offenses set forth in the bill of information. Following a hearing, the trial court denied the motion. Thereafter, pursuant to a negotiated plea, defendant pled guilty as charged, reserving the right to appeal the adverse ruling on his motion to quash. See State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976).
