ALTENBERND, Judge.

Anthony Douglass White appeals his judgment and sentence for possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. He entered a negotiated plea after the trial court denied his dispositive motion to suppress. The court sentenced him to four years’ imprisonment followed by six years’ probation. On appeal, he argues primarily that contraband discovered during the initial phases of a civil detainment should not be admissible to prove a criminal charge.
