OLMSTEAD, Referee.

This was a petition to reclaim certain goods sold to the debtors by the claimants, Pfeiffer, Wood & Co. I find that in the fall of 1920 there was a large drop in the value of men’s shoes, and that the debtors had, notwithstanding' the adverse condition of the market, continued to do business and were paying their bills up to the filing of the petition on the 17th day of May, 1921. Mr. Isenberg, the active man who kept the books of the debtors, testified that he did not know that the concern was insolvent about the 1st of May, and Mr. Gurvitz, the other partner, who had put…
