RONEY, Circuit Judge:
In this diversity action for breach of contract summary judgment was granted in favor of plaintiff National Service Industries, Inc. (NSI). On appeal defendants, a Virginia corporation and four individuals, challenge jurisdiction and the appropriateness of summary judgment. A subsequent appeal by defendants from contempt orders arose out of defendants’ refusal to respond to post-judgment discovery initiated by NSI in aid of execution of the district court’s judgment.
