Taylor, Chief Justice.
This appeal comes from the Civil Court of Florence County where plaintiff sought actual and punitive damages arising out of an alleged fraudulent conversion of premium payments by defendant’s agent in connection with the issuance of certain insurance policies.
Upon completion of plaintiff’s case, motion was made for a nonsuit which was denied. Defendant then stated that it would rely on the record and introduce no testimony and moved for a directed verdict which was denied and the case submitted to the jury, who found for plaintiff $74.75 actual damages and $1,350.00…
