The appellants are husband and wife. They were initially convicted in November of 1994 of manufacture of methamphetamine, for which they each received a sentence of twenty-five years; possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, for which they each received a sentence of twenty-five years; and possession of drug paraphernalia, for which they each received a sentence of ten years.
