— Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to review (1) a determination of the respondent Board of Review of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, dated October 23, 1985, which, after a hearing, denied the petitioner’s application for a variance from Suffolk County Sanitary Code § 605 (1) (c); (2) (a), and (2) a determination of the respondent Board of Review of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, dated December 17, 1986, which denied the petitioner’s application for a rehearing and reaffirmed its prior determination.
