This is a suit for damages arising out of the death of Mrs. Rose P. Koetter, the wife of A. F. Koetter, and the mother of Keene Koetter and Jane Koetter, minors; the suit having < been instituted by A. F. Koetter, for himself, and as the father and next friend of the minors against the appellant, in which it was alleged that appellant ran an automobile over and against Mrs. Koetter, thereby destroying her life. The cause was submitted to a jury on special issues, in response to, which it was found by the jury that at the time of the accident appellant was operating his car at a speed…
