Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Turner, Jr., J.), rendered May 7, 1987, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree.

Following a negotiated plea bargain, defendant entered a plea of guilty to the reduced charge of attempted burglary in the second degree. According to the plea agreement defendant *731was sentenced as a second felony offender to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 3 Vi to 7 years.
