This is an appeal from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court of Cuyahoga County awarding a divorce to appellee on the grounds of gross neglect of duty and the denial of a motion for a new trial filed thereafter.

This marathon proceeding began when appellee filed her petition for divorce on February 26,1957. An answer and cross *201petition was filed on April 3, 1957; a supplemental answer was filed in May 1958. Trial commenced on October 19, 1959 and continued until November 9, 1959.
