COLINS, President Judge.
William H. Replogle (Replogle) brings this petition for review from the February 16, 1994 Order of the State Civil Service Commission (Commission), affirming the Commission’s December 22, 1993 Order imposing a thirty (30)-day suspension upon Replogle for violating Sections 905.2(b)(7) and 905.2(b)(10) of the Civil Service Act, Act of August 5, *611941, P.L. 752, as amended, 71 P.S. §§ 741.1-741.1005 (Act).1
