HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant, Dale J. Smith, timely appeals from revocation and sentencing orders rendered March 3, 1995. This is his second appeal. We take judicial notice of the earlier. appeal at the request of both parties.

*134On May 23, 1991, appellant was charged with one count of possession of cocaine and two counts of delivery of cocaine. On October 31, 1991, following a jury trial, a written judgment was entered, adjudicating appellant guilty as charged on each count.
