This is a suit to establish a trust on land, title of which is in the defendant.

Complainant is a hard working woman with several children, one of them, a son, being the defendant. In 1917 the son had a small savings bank account in his own name which at that time was made a joint account with his mother, he then being about to enter the army. In 1919 the house in question was bought, the first payment being made by a draft drawn by the mother against the joint account, and title was taken in the name of the son alone.
