STEELE, Chief Justice.

On April 17, 2003, Michael R. Smith participated in a robbery that resulted in the death of George Coverdale. A Superi- or Court jury convicted Smith of Second Degree Murder, First Degree Murder, two counts of First Degree Robbery, Second Degree Conspiracy, and several counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. The trial judge sentenced him to life in prison. Smith now appeals his convictions. He raises nine issues on appeal.
