This is an action to restrain the defendant, Chivers & Sons, Limited, an English corporation, from granting to any' one, other than the plaintiff, the right to sell in the United States the goods of Chivers & Sons, Limited, consisting of jams, marmalades, jellies, etc. The bill alleges that by a written contract dated January 22, 1909, that right was exclusively conferred upon the plaintiff, for a period of ten years.
