The reasons assigned in support of the motion to quash the first count of the indictment may be summed up in one, namely, that the language used to describe the offense which the defendant is charged with having committed does not describe said offense with sufficient particularity to inform the defendant of the nature and cause of the offense which he is charged with having committed.
