This is a petition for review of an order entered by the Board of Zoning Adjustment (Board) denying an application for an area variance. Petitioner sought the variance because both her property’s total area and its frontage width are less than the minimum required for building a single-family dwelling in an R-l-B District, which she seeks to do.
