Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Turner, Jr., J.), rendered November 1,1993, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Defendant claims that her involvement in the drug transaction which resulted in her arrest was limited and that she was accommodating the buyer, who was an acquaintance, by obtaining the drugs for him from the seller.
