This is an action to set aside a contract made between the plaintiffs and the defendant Joint Board of Cloak, Skirt, Dress and Reefer Makers’ Union, to limit the defendants’ right to strike, for the enforcement of the said contract, and to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiffs by reason of such strike.
