¶ 1 David Ommundson (Ommundson) pled guilty to a charge of driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (DUI), a felony, in violation of § 61-8-401, MCA. The District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, ordered Ommundson committed to the Department of Corrections for a term of 54 months for placement in an appropriate institution.
