WALLACE, Judge.

Robert Leonard appeals from his judgment and sentences following his- conviction in a bench trial for the offenses of leaving the scene of an accident with death contrary to section 316.027, Florida Statutes (2009), a first-degree felony, and tampering with evidence contrary to section 918.13, Florida Statutes (2009), a third-degree felony. We affirm Mr. Leonard’s judgment and sentence for the offense of leaving the scene of an accident with death without comment.
