J^FACTS
Patrick Gleason (Gleason) injured his right shoulder on July 28, 2007, while employed by Lafayette General Medical Center (LGMC). The parties stipulated that LGMC was self-insured pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act at the time of Gleason’s injury. Gleason continued to work with restrictions until he underwent surgery on May 8, 2008. He returned to work on June 4, 2008. Gleason received Temporary Total Disability (TTD) benefits for that time…
