Order September 14, 1978: Defendant, a black female, is, charged by indictment filed June 6, 1978 with first degree murder of a black male on May 27, 1978. She is represented by Assistant Public Defender James K. Green, and is free on bond with jury trial set for next Monday, September 18,1978 in West Palm Beach.
