Relator was sent to prison by the judge of the district court for 3 days for contempt of court.
He, on behalf of his client, had filed a motion for a continuance. He then called his witnesses and examined three of the number in support of his application for a continuance. I-Ie commenced to examine the fourth witness, when he was interrupted by the district attorney. The court, at that moment, refused to hear any other witness.
