This is an appeal from the denial of a motion to set aside an order terminating the parental rights of the appellant, Betty Ann Parker. Arkansas Code Annotated § 16-13-304 (Repl. 1999) permitted the trial court to terminate the parental rights upon the appointment of a guardian ad litem to represent the child. Appellant asserts that the trial court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction to terminate her parental rights and that Ark.
