The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as the defendants, were charged with the possession of intoxicating liquor, with the unlawful, willful, and wrongful intent to barter, sell, give away,, and otherwise furnish to others; were tried and convicted, and each sentenced to pay a fine of $250, and to be confined in the county jail for a period of three months; from the judgment the defendants perfected the record, and: have appealed to this court.
