David Galvan (“Galvan”), an inmate at Stateville Penitentiary serving an eight to twenty year sentence for rape, petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254, claiming his conviction was constitutionally deficient in six separate respects.
