OPINION

KOCH, Judge.

This appeal involves a dispute concerning the misappropriation of the funds of a partnership formed to construct an office building in Murfreesboro. Several of the partners filed suit in the Chancery Court for Rutherford County against other partners seeking to recover the misappropriated funds, to dissolve the partnership, and to obtain an accounting of the partnership assets. The trial court, sitting without a jury, found that two of the defendant partners had misappropriated partnership assets and awarded a $40,000 judgment against one of them. The trial court also…
