This is an appeal by D. Truitt Davis from an order of the trial court overruling his plea of privilege. Appellee, Coastal States Petrochemical Company, Inc., instituted suit in Harris County, Texas, against appellant, James R. Clark, Albert E. Fagan, and Cooper Petroleum Company. Appellant filed his plea of privilege seeking removal of the suit as to him to Taylor County, Texas, the county of his residence.
