MEMORANDUM OPINION
BEATY, District Judge.
This case comes before the Court on Defendant Sears Automotive Center and/or Sears, Roebuck and Co.’s 1 (“Sears” or “Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment [Document # 29], Pro se Plaintiff Earl Brown (“Brown” or “Plaintiff’) has brought this lawsuit alleging a violation of the North Carolina Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act (“REDA”), N.C.
