This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the district court of Jefferson county (Sixtieth judicial district), refusing to modify or change the terms and provisions of a temporary injunction which had theretofore been granted and which was in full force and effect at the time the interlocutory order refusing to change or modify it was made. After this appeal was perfected the appellees Lake Oil Company et al. filed their motion in this court praying this court to dismiss the appeal on the ground that this court is without jurisdiction to entertain it.
