¶1 — Keith George challenges his conviction on two counts of violating a no-contact order. The charges originated in Renton and Kent Municipal Courts but were *731tried in King County Superior Court. George contends that the Renton Municipal Court erred in resetting the time for trial when he was absent from two pretrial hearings while detained by the city of Kent and King County District Court on unrelated charges.
