I. INTRODUCTION
This motion is brought in connection with an adversary proceeding filed by the Madison Bentley Associates, LLC Litigation Trust (“plaintiff’) against Bentley Manhattan Inc., Manhattan Motorcars Inc., and Brian Miller (collectively, “defendants”). Defendants move to withdraw the reference to the Bankruptcy Court, pursuant to section 157(d) of Title 28 of the United States Code.
