This case could, in a manner of speaking, be described as a companion case to State v. Nordstrom, 104 R. I. 471, 244 A.2d 837. The defendant here and the defendant there are one and the same person. The record shows that the defendant is sometimes known as “Alva” Nordstrom and at other times as “Heleve” Nordstrom. This is an indictment which charges the defendant with committing an indecent assault upon a seven-and-one-half-year-old girl in Scituate on March 22, 1964.
