OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Terry P. Lush appeals from the denial of his motion to reinstate his appeal from an adverse determination of his claim for unemployment benefits. The reinstatement of his appeal was denied by the Director of Unemployment Insurance Appeals (“Director”) and that denial was affirmed by the Review Board of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (“Board”) without a hearing.
