Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered September 19, 1977, upon resentence, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury *750verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, the case as against defendant John Joseph Dell’Orfano is severed from that as against his codefendant, and a new trial is ordered.
