This was an action in replevin by appellee against appellant to recover three certain gravel road bonds, claimed by the appellee to belong to her, which were in the possession of the appellant. The complaint, which was in one paragraph, was answered by a general denial, and the issue thus made was submitted to the court for trial, which, a proper request having been made therefor, made a special finding of the facts and stated its conclusions of law thereon favorable to appellee and rendered judgment accordingly.
