On the 31-st day of March, 1928, Mattie Bowman made a will, and afterwards, on the 12th day of May, died. On the 16th day of May, 1928, the will was filed in the probate court of Nevada County, and admitted to probate and record. On the 25th day of May, J. A. Zacikery was. appointed executor under the will, and his letters issued and recorded. On the 6th day of July, 1928, John Tidwell and Sid Tidwell perfected an appeal to the ¡circuit court of Nevada County.. On the 10th day of July, 1928, they filed their objections as follows:(1) They deny that Mattie Bowman signed the alleged will. (2)…
